Refund Policy
At DATASOFT Institute, we aim to provide high-quality computer education and training.
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which fees may or may not be refunded.
1. General Refund Rule
- All course fees are generally non-refundable.
- Once a student enrolls and pays the fees, refunds will be provided only under special circumstances mentioned below.
2. Conditions Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted only if:
a) Class Cancellation by Institute
If the institute cancels a course or batch due to unavoidable reasons, students are eligible for a 100% refund.
b) Duplicate Payment
If a student accidentally pays the fee twice, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
c) Technical Payment Error
If an online transaction fails but is still charged, the amount will be refunded after confirmation from the payment gateway/bank.
3. Conditions NOT Eligible for Refund
Refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- If a student changes their mind after admission.
- If a student drops out, stops attending, or discontinues the course.
- If a student is removed from the institute due to misconduct or violation of rules.
- If the student has already attended classes or accessed study materials.
- Registration and admission fees are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, students must:
- Submit a written application/email to: [Institute Email]
- Attach required details (receipt, payment proof, ID, etc.)
- The institute will review the request within 7–15 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
5. Processing Time
- Refunds will be credited within 2-3 working days after approval.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are not the institute’s responsibility.
6. No Cash Refund
All refunds will be made only via bank transfer, UPI, or original payment mode.
The institute does not provide refunds in cash.
7. Course Transfer Instead of Refund
In some cases, the student may be allowed to:
- Transfer their admission to another batch, or
- Switch to another course
- This is subject to approval by the institute management.
8. Management’s Decision is Final
All refund decisions made by the management of DATASOFT Institute will be considered final and binding.
